What Does “Size Queen” Mean—and When Is the Label Unhelpful?
A respectful explanation of the slang term, preferences and stereotyping.
“Size queen” is informal slang for someone who strongly prefers larger penises. Some people use it playfully or self-descriptively; it should not be imposed as a stereotype.
Preference is not personality
A sexual preference does not reveal someone’s character, relationship style or willingness to ignore comfort.
Consent still applies
Enthusiasm about size does not remove the need for communication, protection and the freedom to stop.
Avoid assumptions
Not every partner of a well-endowed person has a strong size preference.
Use the person’s language
If someone uses the term for themselves, follow their lead; otherwise, neutral language is usually better.
